As a reminder, VHT Studios will officially cease all operations on August 31, 2025. If you’ve used their services in the past, it’s essential to download your media and make a transition plan before their systems are deactivated.

Please review these key deadlines to avoid service disruption:

• August 5, 2025 – Final day to place new media service orders through VHT
• August 15, 2025 – Last day any on-site photo shoots will be performed
• August 25, 2025 – Final day to request media edits or order additional proofs
• August 31, 2025 – All VHT systems will shut down permanently. No access to files, links, or client portals after this date

⏳ Any media not downloaded by August 31 will no longer be accessible.
📌 Note: VHT-hosted Matterport tours will remain live until December 31, 2025.
