    To book a photography session, simply contact us with the details of your property and desired services. We will work with you to schedule a convenient time for the photography session and provide a quote for the services requested.

  • Do you offer delivery 7 days a week?

    Yes, we offer delivery 7 days a week for no additional fee.

  • How long does it take to receive the photos after the photography session?

    We typically deliver the photos within 7 days of the photography session.

  • What other services would you recommend for my Vacation Rental?

    Hometrack offer many services that can enhance your online listing, including, Twilight photography, Floor Plans, Videography, Drone Photography, Virtual Staging, and Matterport 3D tours.

  • Can I request specific shots or angles for the photos?

    Yes, you can request specific shots or angles for the photos during the photography session. Our photographers will do their best to accommodate your requests.

  • Do I need to be present at the time of the shoot?

    Being onsite would allow you offer input to the  photographer for any specific angles or features you might have in mind to include. Otherwise we’ll use our  professional judgment and will take  photos that best market the space. You can also have our client services team relay your request to our photographers.

  • What happens if I need to cancel my shoot?

    To maximize efficiency of our shooters schedules, Hometrack considers the following day's shoots "locked" unless a cancellation comes in before 5pm EST the day prior (including weekends). We understand that life happens and sometimes a cancellation isn't known by that time. Therefore, we keep our cancellation fee as low as possible.   • What if I am not happy with the photos?
