  • What are the costs of your photo packages?

    Real estate photography starts at only $199, and the cost may vary based on the size of the property and the number of rooms to be photographed. Includes free unlimited blue sky replacements, AI Generated Propety Descriptions & Image Captions, SeeThru windows, BrightMLS Media Sync, next-day delivery (including weekends), and MLS web gallery at no extra cost.

  • What is the turnaround time from the time of the shoot to delivery?

    24 Hour turn-around! Hometrack guarantees that your photos will be ready for download and uploaded to your client portal online by 5:00pm EST the day after the property was photographed. Weekends too! 

  • Do I need to be present at the time of the shoot?

    Not required, but being onsite lets you suggest specific angles or features. Without your presence, we use professional judgment to best market the space. You can also communicate requests through our client services team.

  • What happens if I need to cancel my shoot?

     Shoots are "locked" for the next day unless cancelled before 5pm EST the previous day (including weekends). We strive to keep our cancellation fee minimal. For cancellations or more information, contact our client care team at admin@hometrack.net.

  • What if I am not happy with the photos?

     We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not fully satisfied with the photo quality, we'll work with you until you are. We guarantee your complete satisfaction with our work.

  • How long are you at the property?

     Varies based on property size, lot size, time of day, and required detail shots. Typically, about 1 hour for most homes, possibly extending to 2-3 hours for larger properties.

  • Does Hometrack provide Media Sync?

    Yes! Hometrack has this time saving service built in to your client portal. We are available to help if you have any issues with the service.
