Your video tour will be uploaded to Vimeo and can be embedded on your custom property website or Hometrack's virtual tour site. As an official BrightMLS virtual tour vendor, your video can also be uploaded directly to your BrightMLS listing at no additional cost.

Can I share my video tour on social media?

Yes. You can share your video-based listings on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, YouTube, and ActiveRain.

Do I need to be present at the time of the video shoot?

Being onsite allows you to give input on specific angles or features, but it is not required. If you are not present, Hometrack will use professional judgment to capture the space effectively. Requests can also be relayed through their client services team.

What happens if I need to cancel my shoot?

Shoots are considered "locked" unless canceled before 5 PM EST the day prior (including weekends). Hometrack understands that unexpected situations happen and keeps cancellation fees as low as possible. You can contact their client care team for details.

Can I change my order onsite with the photographer?

Some items may or may not be added on the day of the shoot, depending on the schedule and equipment required. If time allows, the photographer will do their best to accommodate your request.

How long does it take to get my video back?

You can expect the first draft of your video within 24–48 hours after the shoot.

How many edits are included with my video?

All Hometrack video shoots include at least one round of edits. Additional edits may be available for an added cost.

What if I am not happy with the video?

Hometrack offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied, they will work with you until you are.

Can I download my video?

Yes. Your Vimeo link will allow you to download a copy of your video directly from the hosting page.
